Do you offer rapid refunds? No - Rapid refunds are rip-offs. Why pay 200$ to get your refund 2 weeks earlier. Its already your hard earned money.
What if I owe?? Most tax jurisdictions allow you to pay by credit card or set up an installment agreements.
What if I Have Not Filed In a While? You would be surprised how many people have not filed returns. If you owe tax, you are still liable for any amounts you owe till they are paid and penalties and interest are accumulating as you read this. Refunds are lost after 3 years.
What if I am Audited? If we prepared your return, we will defend it free of charge*. If it involves a return we did not prepare, we can represent your interests. Look at our section entitled Representation for further information (*subject to terms)
What Are Your Fees? Our fees are competitive and our job is to save you money in the long run. We are available year round and clients know that they can call us anytime for quick advice. For those with less complicated situations who like to file their own taxes, we offer online filing for the same price as the software you would buy. See the link below.
